I gave Cash App 4 stars because recently i had 6 unauthorized transactions from someone that using my card information at a target in another state. I immediately contacted cash app even though the customer service seems to not be great but they are not horrible either. They worked on my case and investigation. I got my refund back faster than i thought which is great because i needed this money to pay bills. So im happy they handled this stressful issue for me promptly. Ill give them another chance because I was going to close my account.

This is a ripe off you pay a person for a job and they don’t do it right and lie about having a license I request my money it told weeks and still didn’t get my money back I have pictures of the mess this man left at my house now I have to pay someone else to do the job. There’s no one you can talk to or send the damage so they can see.very bad business anyone can Rob you with this app no way to get your money back.there’s no investigation or contact to give you any updates I need to get my customers off this app not safe.

Money was sent to my old account by someone on accident. I emailed Cash App and went through a long process of providing my information but got no help in return. This issue I’m sure happens all the time and I’m not sure exactly what “security reason” is stopping this app to send my money to the correct account when I have provided information both from my current and previous account. Sounds like a scam to me. I am not a happy customer. ????‍♀️????‍♀️

I had a cancellation of 1210. 00. I noticed that I sent it to the wrong person. They said it was cancelled. Took money from my bank and they said they returned my money to a credit card I do not have. My bank has disputed this. Stay away from them. They are crooks.

I had an account with cash app and I eventually started participating in there stock purchasing program. It was very easy as you could use a dollar or less and keep building. To make a long story short, I signed out of my account and forgot my password. When I reached out to them , they never reached back out and I had to find out the hard way that they have no contact number. Never EVER give money to anyone or business that doesn't have a contact numb er where you can talk to a real person. I never got my money back or my account. So I have several pieces of purchased stock that I will never benefit from.

You STILL haven't resolved my issue I sent an email to the cash app or four square and it says you can't reply to my address? The hell's going on am I going to get my money back or not I want my $350 it was stolen from me you never complied with the subpoena from the Las Vegas Police Department give me my money please. Psst by the way I WILL file a report with the Better Business Bureau thank you very much for everything you haven't done for me

People please delete this app asap they allow scammers to attack us nothing is protected PayPal is the fully protected payment app. Me and several of my friends were attacked virtually due to them and facebook please save yourself. This company allowed me to be scammed out of $300 I contacted them immediately yet they say there is nothing they can do even with me providing proof of scammers I'm also working with police and plastering all information including conversation with cashapp everywhere

On 10th April, I Contacted Cash App support by call...I went to Google to search for it, I saw one and called the number, not knowing it was scammers number that I called...they told me to download desk remote control so that they can access my cash App account and fixed the problem for me..I did it as they say. Few minutes I realized so many transactions going on in my account, I quickly checked my bank account and realized 2500 dollars has been taken...I quickly email cash and reported it to them. Cash App support quickly blocked them and putted those transactions on hold...three days later cash App support refunded all my money to me. I'm so happy to get my money back. Cash App support team are the best!!! Guys be careful about the cash App customers service number you will pick on Google and call because most of the numbers there are the scammers....

I would give no stars if I could. These people have $200 of mine and will not release it. They keep sending me emails saying they will take care of it, but never doing anything. At this point it appears they're stealing my money. I will never use their services again. BEWARE!!!!

I opened a account as a gift for my son, I choose to open account with $31. Filled out everything, ss#, DOB, bank information, his address, his email and his cell phone. By the time the card arrived, my son had gone fishing, he lost his cell phone in water. Okay next day replaced and decided to change the number and start anew with different carrier, yadaya. We received the card and attempted to activate, there is a two step, they send you a confirmation code to email, CHECK, then they send a code to your phone? WE NO LONGER HAVE PHONE NOR NUMBER? I have 8 or 10 emails from their reps, for us to log in and follow the steps? We do and ALWAYS THE SECOND CODE GOES TO THE PHONE IN THE LAKE! It doesn't matter to them we can't change a number without the second verification code! It's been a month my gift is no longer a gift CashApp has our $31.00 and they could care less! They have silly folks representing a company that can use every excuse in their silly app!

Also beware of their other tactic, if you use your app to buy fuel at the pump they will place a hold up to $100! Not kidding! My husband's card was used at the pump and a hold of $50, plus amount of purchase was held for two days? Had he had the $100 in the account they would use it! If you end up with this worthless card, it's best to go inside to register and allow the cashier to manually access the card? Which defeats the whole purpose of having the card to use if it's pouring rain, cold or just not wanting to go inside BEWARE OF THE EXTRA CHARGE! HATE THEM!

Cannot be trusted. If your account gets hacked they will not remedy the situation and nobody gets their money back.

Totally dishonest scammers. The 3% bitcoin offer is fake and exactly when you get your card the offer disappears. Do not trust.
